With a background in retail, including experience with Under Armour outlet stores, Mathew transitioned into entrepreneurship and the direct marketing industry with a commitment to building leaders, expanding opportunities, and creating long-term business success.
Since stepping into leadership, Mathew has focused on developing a high-performance, growth-oriented culture centered around mentorship, accountability, and leadership development. One of his proudest accomplishments has been leading his team to secure a $25,000 direct deposit milestone — a reflection of both his strategic leadership and his ability to empower individuals to reach their full potential.

Before transitioning into marketing and business development, Christopher competed professionally in the NBA 2K League, where he developed discipline, focus, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.
