Mathew Brown
CEO
Mathew Brown brings vision, drive, and a leadership-first mentality to Fifty Heaven as our CEO. With roots in retail, including time at Under Armour outlets, Mathew made the leap into entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back. One of his proudest moments to date? Leading his team to secure a $25,000 direct deposit: a milestone that reflects both his strategic mindset and ability to empower others.
His greatest lesson so far has been learning to lean into discomfort. By turning challenges into growth opportunities, Mathew has built a team of 10–15 strong performers who embrace that same mindset daily.
With big goals on the horizon, Mathew is working toward growing an office of 100+ individuals and running multiple high-impact campaigns simultaneously. His mission is simple but powerful: to build a team that not only performs but inspires and influences others to do the same.

Christopher Charles
Junior Marketing Director
Christopher Charles brings a competitive edge and resilient mindset to his role as Junior Marketing Director at Fifty Heaven. Before stepping into the world of marketing, Christopher played in the NBA 2K League; an experience that sharpened his focus, discipline, and leadership under pressure.
Since joining the team, he’s made a major impact by securing 45 lines in a single week, a standout accomplishment that speaks to his drive and commitment. His biggest lesson? Pushing forward even when things get tough, staying strong through adversity has become a core principle in his approach.
Currently leading a team of 5, Christopher is focused on growth and development as he works toward his ultimate goal of becoming a full Marketing Director. With a mindset grounded in self-awareness and action, his journey is just getting started.

Anayah Leggette
Client Manager
Anayah brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growth to her role as Client Manager at Fifty Heaven. A graduate of Morgan State University with a degree in marketing and a minor in accounting, Anayah combines business knowledge with hands-on experience to drive results and support her team.
One of her proudest achievements has been running her own business and staying consistent; skills that translated seamlessly into her journey at Fifty Heaven. Within just two weeks of joining, she reached leadership and began helping others succeed by getting them into the systems.
While opening up and talking to customers was initially a challenge, Anayah embraced the discomfort and grew into a confident communicator and team leader. Her ongoing goal is to keep evolving, both as a leader and a learner, while continuing to contribute to the growth of the business.
